Adult Education - NEW!

Open Bible Study

Tuesdays at 1:00 pm beginning September 14

Strange Stories of the Bible is a 4-week study that will look more closely at some of the oddest stories of the Bible. We'll discover a talking donkey, a person turned into salt, and wonder about being fed by birds. At first glance, these stories seem far-fetched, but is there more to them than what it appears? Find out by joining us in room 218 beginning Tuesday, September 14, at 1:00 and find out. This is a fun study you won't want to miss! There is no fee for this class and no registration is required. Childcare is available with advance notice. Friends and family are always welcome!

Serendipity Bible Study Group

You are invited to join a brand new type of Bible study at Concord Trinity. Here are the details:

  • Meets Sundays from 8:00 - 9:00 am in room 218.
  • We'll go through one book of the Bible at a time.
  • Each person will need a Serendipity Bible, which contains Scripture and study questions. (Bibles are available in class for visitors.)
  • You are welcome to join in any Sunday! (However, we will not be meeting on August 22, August 29, or September 5. We will resume meeting on September 12.)

This study group will offer a deeper understanding of the Scriptures and a chance to talk about their relevancy to our lives today. All ages are welcome! SISTERS: Bible Study for Women

Our Sisters groups are gearing up for another great year of study and fellowship, and all women are invited to join!

The Monday group meets from 10:00 to 11:00 am in room 102. We'll begin this fall with The Evolution of Prayer - a 7-week study that takes us on a journey through the earliest Biblical prayers and ends with the most current methods of prayer. We'll dig deeply into Scripture and early Christian history, but also allow plenty of time to practice each type of prayer we explore. We'll conclude with a group trip to a local prayer labyrinth. There is no fee for this class. Childcare is available. Begins September 13. Please e-mail our Director of Christian Education at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. The Thursday group meets from 9:30 to 10:30 am in room 218. Our first study this fall will be a look at the books of Ruth and Esther. During this 2-week session, we'll explore the only two books of the Bible named after women and discover how their stories still provide inspiration today. There is no fee for this class. Begins September 13. Please e-mail our Director of Christian Education at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to register.
